Bernhard Glück
Founder & CEO · M.Sc. Computer Science
Started programming at age 8, shipped first commercial software at 16, and has been solving complex technical problems ever since. With a Master's degree in Computer Science and 25+ years of industry experience, brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and strategic business insight.
Has worked on some of the hardest problems in software: tricky distributed algorithms, deep performance optimizations at the system level, finding bugs that had eluded entire teams, and defining architecture for projects with hundreds of developers.
Since 2016, has focused on AI—building and deploying custom models, RAG systems, and agentic workflows before they became mainstream. Known for communicating complex technical concepts to C-level executives in ways that drive real decisions, and for teaching that makes difficult topics accessible.
